Do you arrange pickup for excursions from all over the island?

We provide pickup from all major resorts on the island for most of our excursions.

You will need to arrange your own transportation to the nearest pickup location at a nearby resort and include those details in your booking request. Alternatively, you may travel directly to the main departure point.

You can select your preferred pickup point using Google Maps. Choose the location closest to your accommodation.

Our coaches display a Mayia Travel sign at the front. You can also confirm with the driver by asking if they are operating for Mayia Travel and mentioning your excursion name.

If there are any changes to your pickup time or location, you will be notified via email or message.

Most excursions include a professional guide or escort. However, there are exceptions, such as transfers to Water Village, where the driver will have a list of all passengers.

The guide may either travel with the coach or meet you directly at the destination, such as at the port.

Most tours provided by Key Tours are conducted in English. In some cases, additional languages may be available, or tours may be conducted bilingually.

Most excursions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before departure. Some require 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation policies vary by excursion. Most allow cancellations up to 24 or 48 hours in advance, while some (such as private yacht bookings) may require up to 10 days’ notice.

If we cancel an excursion due to weather or other reasons, it will either be rescheduled or fully refunded.

You will be informed via email or message.

If you miss the bus or coach, please contact us immediately if there is still time. If possible, you may take a taxi at your own expense to reach the main meeting point (for example, the port) or another pickup location that the coach has not yet passed.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate and return your belongings.

The minimum driver age ranges from 21 to 25 years, depending on the vehicle group, while the maximum age is 80 years. All drivers must have held a valid driving license for at least one year. For vehicle groups A and B: minimum age is 21. For all other vehicle groups: minimum age is 25.

The minimum age for all scooter rentals is 18 years old.

Yes. Drivers must hold a valid European driving license for at least one (1) year.

No. Prior scooter experience is required, even if you hold a valid license.

We offer delivery and collection services anywhere on Zakynthos Island. Airport delivery and collection: Free of charge. Hotel or other locations: €25 for delivery, €25 for collection. If you require delivery or collection at a location other than the airport, please provide the exact address (hotel, port, etc.) on the island.

Office hours (08:00 – 22:00): Free. Outside office hours (22:00 – 08:00): €25 per delivery, €25 per collection.

All prices include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), with the excess amount depending on the vehicle category. A Full Damage Waiver (FDW) can be purchased locally. FDW coverage and limits vary based on the vehicle group.

The free insurance package covers only third-party claims and actions.

Yes. Helmets are included in the quoted rental price.

All vehicles are covered by 24/7 roadside assistance, available anywhere on the island. The emergency telephone number is provided on your rental contract.

All quoted prices are inclusive of all local taxes.

Enjoy unlimited mileage at no extra cost, regardless of the distance traveled.

We are often busy during peak rental periods. We recommend booking in advance, especially for group bookings or high-demand models. Last-minute rentals may be available, but we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model.

Vehicles are delivered with a certain fuel level, which will be indicated at pickup. You are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid extra charges.

Yes! If you can drive a car, learning to drive a boat is easy. After a few minutes of instructions and practical tips, you’ll be ready to set sail.

Yes. Just make sure you wear your lifejacket at all times.

Yes, safely. Children and babies must always wear lifejackets while on board.

As long as you respect the boat and follow safety guidelines, you will have a perfect and safe cruise. Avoid pushing the boat to its limits and always be mindful of your surroundings.
