General Terms and Conditions for Car Rentals

1. Driver Requirements
  • Valid European driving license held for at least 1 year
  • Non-EU drivers require an International Driving Permit (IDP)
  • Minimum age 21 years — Groups A & B
  • Minimum age 25 years — all other groups
  • Maximum age: 80 years old
2. Reservations & Rental Period
  • Minimum pre-booking period: 3 days
  • Reservations by vehicle category, not specific model
  • Company may provide a vehicle of same or higher category
  • During high season, subject to vehicle availability
3. Rental Duration & Grace Period
  • The 25th hour after pickup is free of charge
  • From the 26th hour onward, a full additional rental day is charged
4. Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellation fee if cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup
  • Full rental amount charged for no-shows or cancellations under 24 hours
5. Required Documents at Pickup
  • Valid Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voucher (required for pre-bookings only)
  • Valid Credit Card — MasterCard or Visa only
  • EC cards, prepaid cards and Visa Electron are not accepted
6. Renter Liability
  • Renter is fully responsible for any traffic violations
  • Renter is fully responsible for any fines or penalties from traffic law infringements
Insurance Conditions
Third Party Insurance (TI)
  • Up to €750,000 per victim for death or injury
  • Up to €750,000 per accident for material damages to third parties
  • Void for: dangerous goods transport, unauthorized or unlicensed drivers
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
  • Drivers insured for €30,000 in case of injury or death
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • €595 — Groups A & B
  • €692 — C, C auto, D, N, S
  • €1,500 — H1 category
  • €1,800 — F category
  • Without CDW → liable for full vehicle value
Full Damage Waiver (FDW) — optional upgrade
  • €12/day — A & B
  • €18/day — C, C auto, D, N, S
  • €45/day — H1 & F
  • FDW does NOT cover: car keys, tires, undercarriage, cabin, personal belongings
Car Key Liability
  • €100 + VAT — A & B groups
  • €200 + VAT — C, C auto, D, S, H1
  • €300 + VAT — N category
  • €400 + VAT — F category
Rates, Extra Fees & Payment
Rates include
  • All taxes, unlimited mileage, 2nd driver (3rd driver free of charge)
  • Third Party Insurance (TPI)
Extra fees
  • Delivery / Collection: min. €25 depending on location & distance
  • Out of office hours (outside 08:00–22:00, incl. airport): €25
  • Infant seat (0–13 kg): Free of charge
  • Baby seat (13–25 kg): €3.00/day
  • Booster seat (25+ kg): €2.00/day
  • Excessive dirt — biological cleaning: €80
Payment methods
  • MasterCard, Visa credit cards, Cash
Fuel policy — Same to same
  • Returned with less fuel → difference is charged
  • Excess fuel is non-refundable
Territorial Restrictions & Island Hopping
  • Vehicles cannot leave island borders without prior written permission
  • Island Hopping available with written approval + relocation fee €100–€200 depending on destination

General Terms and Conditions for Scooter and Quad Rentals

1. Driver Requirements
  • The driver must hold a valid European driving license for at least one (1) year.
  • If the driver does not possess a European license, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
  • Minimum age requirements:
  • 18 years old for all vehicle groups
    • Scooters and Quads are rented to adults only. If you carry children on the back its your own responsibility.
2. Reservations & Rental Period
  • The minimum rental period for pre-bookings is 3 days.
  • Reservations are made by vehicle category, not by specific scooter model.
  • During high season, all rentals are subject to vehicle availability.
3. Rental Duration & Grace Period
  • The 25th hour after pickup is free of charge.
  • From the 26th hour onward, an additional full rental day will be charged.
4. Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellation fee for cancellations received at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • The full rental amount will be charged in the following cases:
  • No-show bookings
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup
5. Required Documents
  • At the time of pickup, the renter must present:
  • Valid Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voucher
  • Valid Credit Card(MasterCard, Debit card Visa only). (In case of Credit Card payment the commission is 2%.)
  • EC cards, prepaid cards, and Visa Electron are not accepted
6. Liability
  • The renter is fully responsible for:
  • Any traffic violations
  • Any fines or penalties arising from traffic law infringements
GENERAL INSURANCE CONDITIONS
1. Third Party Insurance (TI)
  • Covers Third Party Liability
  • Exclusions:
  • Transport of dangerous goods
  • Unauthorized drivers
  • Drivers without a valid license at the time of an incident
    • Insurance becomes void if any of the above conditions are breached.
2. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • Reduces driver’s liability for damage or theft if traffic laws are followed.
  • Liability amounts if CDW is accepted:
  • €250 for Scooter 50cc
  • €350 for Motor Scooter 125cc
  • €450 for Motor Scooter 200cc
  • €1,300 for Quad 450cc
    • If CDW is not accepted, the customer is liable for the full value of the vehicle.
4. Full Damage Waiver (FDW)
  • Excludes the driver from CDW liability amounts for an extra daily fee:
  • €10/day for Scooter 50cc
  • €12/day for Motor Scooters 125cc & 200cc
  • €12/day for Quad 450cc
    • FDW exclusions:
  • Lost or damaged keys
  • Lost or damaged helmets
  • Damage to tires
  • Personal belongings
  • Off-road (no insurance covers the damage off-road)
5. Key Liability
  • Charges for lost or damaged keys (and starter) needs to be paid on the spot.
  • Charges for lost or damaged helmets needs to be paid on the spot.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Insurance does NOT cover:
  • Violations of traffic laws (any fines)
  • Fuel consumed (same to same)
  • Loss or damage of the key
  • Loss or damage helmet
  • Additional driver (3€ extra)
  • Damage to tires (in case of flat tire please call 24 hour assistance)
  • Any damage of the vehicle at the parking spot is not covered by any insurance.
  • Insurance coverage is valid only under proper use of the vehicle and full compliance with local traffic laws.
2. Rates Include
  • All taxes
  • Unlimited kilometers
  • TPI (Third Party Insurance)
  • Helmets (various sizes available)
  • Delivery and pick up at your accommodation
  • 24-hour roadside assistance
  • Cross-Border Rentals & Territorial Restrictions
  • Vehicles are not permitted to leave the island borders.
3. Conditions of Payment
  • We accept:
  • MasterCard
  • Debit Card
  • Visa credit cards
  • Cash
4. Extra Fees
  • Fuel Policy: Same-to-same.
  • If returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged.
  • Excess fuel is non-refundable.

General Terms and Conditions for Boat Rentals

1. Driver Requirements
  • No boating license is required.
  • ID or passport is required for completing the rental contract.
  • Minimum age requirements:
  • 18 years old for all Categories
2. Reservations & Rental Period
  • Reservations are made by boat category, not by specific boat model.
  • The company reserves the right, subject to availability, to provide a different boat type of the same or higher category than originally booked.
  • During high season, all boat rentals are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
  • No cancellation fee for cancellations received at least 24 hours before pickup.
  • The full rental amount will be charged in the following cases:
  • No-show bookings
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup
4. Required Documents
  • At the time of pickup, the renter must present:
  • Voucher(required only for pre-bookings; not mandatory otherwise)
  • ID or Passport is required for completing the rental contract
5. Liability
  • The renter is fully responsible for:
  • Any traffic violations
  • Any fines or penalties arising from traffic law infringements
GENERAL INSURANCE CONDITIONS
1. Third Party Insurance (TI)
  • Covers Third Party Liability
  • In case of damage to your own boat, the excess is 100%
2. Boat Key and Boat starter Liability
  • In case of damaged key the rental is responsible to pay for damage
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Insurance does NOT cover:
  • Violations of traffic laws
  • Petrol (is paid on the spot in cash for any category depending on the use)
  • Category B and C more than 5 people (6,7, 8) is extra 20€ per boat.
2. Rates Include
  • All taxes
  • Transfer to and from the harbor when renting a minimum of 3 hours (Categories B and C) or 5 hours (Category A)
  • TPI (Third Party Insurance)
  • On water assistance in case of break-down (Sea Service)
3. Extra Fees
  • Fuel Policy:
  • Petrol is paid on the spot in cash for any category depending on the use.
